Roman Martynenko

I’m a Founding Full-Stack Engineer at Henry AI, where I help build AI-powered automation tools for commercial real estate teams. As an early engineer, I’ve worked across the product stack, including our deck editor, map automation, backend workflows, PDF generation, and customer-facing product infrastructure.

My experience combines full-stack engineering, AI workflow design, product execution, and startup velocity. I’ve helped turn complex customer problems into production features, with a focus on practical implementation, usability, and measurable business value.

I have served as a judge for multiple hackathons and tech events, including AITex Summit Spring 2026, Hack For Mental 2025: Harmonic Disruption, and FinWell Hackathon. My judging experience includes evaluating technical execution, product feasibility, user experience, creativity, presentation quality, and real-world impact.

Beyond judging, I’m an IEEE Senior Member and have contributed technical writing and research around web performance, developer experience, open-source lifecycle management, and scalable frontend architecture. I enjoy supporting builders with clear, constructive feedback and helping identify projects that can become useful real-world products.
